Biography

Dan Parsons is a 21 year old Brisbane Singer-Songwriter who started teaching himself guitar in the closing months of 2002 after hearing Paul Simon’s ‘Graceland’. He immediately locked himself away in the confines of his bedroom, mastering the piece of wood that was ripping his fingertips apart. Before too long he was writing songs. With his smooth, resonant voice, emotive and introspective lyrics, accompanied by his deft finger-picking acoustic guitar style; Dan’s songwriting has been impressing audiences of all ages around Brisbane over the last 3 years.
