Biography

LUCE began in 2000 as a one-man band when Tom Luce began writing songs in his bedroom in the foggy Richmond District of San Francisco. The band formed and quickly began getting regular rotation on Bay Area radio stations with songs from their self-titled debut album. Their upbeat pop sound drew attention from the entertainment industry, which has featured several of the band’s singles in movies and shows. Luce’s upcoming third album (Corner of the World, release date July 11) features more depth and intricacies to the bands’ distinctly cheerful pop music.
